- We handle joinery and carpentry directly. For plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, and painting, we use a trusted network of local tradespeople we have worked with for years. You deal with LJD throughout.
- How do you quote an all-trades project?
- We visit the property, agree the full scope of work, and provide a single fixed quote covering every trade. There are no surprise additions mid-project unless you change the scope.
- Do you work on vacant properties?
- Yes. Many of our all-trades projects are in vacant properties. We manage access, security, and the full schedule without you needing to be on site.
- What areas do you cover?
